Casual Wedding, Event, Waiting & Bar Staff
Up to £11.50 per hour, includes holiday pay (casual hours).
We are looking for a passionate waiter and bar staff based at Combermere Abbey, the successful candidates must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining and event bars, together with a strong background in food-led establishments.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
- 1 years’ experience preferred however training will be provided
- Own transport due to remote location
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Chef, Event Manager or Bar Manager on duty
- Some lone working
- H&S – training will be given
- Food Hygiene – training will be given

Housekeeping Vacancies
Combermere Abbey is an award-winning wedding venue with self-catering holiday accommodation, located between Nantwich & Whitchurch. We are looking to extend our team of cleaners who help maintain our fabulous accommodation.
The hours are throughout the week and weekend. Usual hours of work are between 10am and 4pm.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but you will be expected to clean to the highest of standards.
All general duties include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, making beds, and cleaning outside areas, including windows.
Some lifting is required, and due to the rural location of the estate, a full driving license and own transport is essential.
